2. Exceptions

While we do not accept general returns, we will make exceptions in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact us at support@havershop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging for assessment.

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item

To initiate a claim for a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@havershop.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If approved, we will provide further instructions on the next steps, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.

If an order is canceled before shipping, a cancellation fee may apply.
